RSTW has a flexible certification system, which can be tailored to our customer’s different needs and requirements. However, the incoming purchase/work orders must accurately define the level of certification needed by the customer.
The three levels of certification offered by RSTW and required by our customers are:
1. Certification of Compliance: states the process used and the results obtained.
2. Certification of Compliance With Charts: same as level 1 and is accompanied by furnace charts, hardness printouts and other documentation requested by the customer.
3. Certification to Spec: documents the compliance of processing the parts/material/work to a specific specifications such as a Mil Spec or other defining document.
RSTW pick up and delivery is available in the greater Rochester area. Shipping and Receiving . . . can coordinate UPS Fed-Ex or trucking services elsewhere with no additional handling costs.
